As our firm grew, our website and branding no longer reflected who we are or how we serve our clients. True Fit Marketing took the time to really understand our firm and delivered a modern, compliant, and professional website that perfectly shows our values and our team. The updated branding, functionality, and clarity across our services and locations have made a meaningful impact. We now have a digital presence that truly represents The Law Offices of McKelvey Kargo and supports our continued growth.

Case Study: The Law Offices of McKelvey Kargo

About the Partner

At The Law Offices of McKelvey Kargo, they are committed to serving clients and their family with thoughtful, personal, and faith-grounded counsel. Whether you’re just beginning your career, starting a family, or enjoying retirement, their experienced team is here to guide you in wills, trusts, estate planning and administration, real estate, and elder and business law in their two Pennsylvania offices in Canonsburg and Johnstown. They listen to your story, understand your unique goals, and tailor their services to protect what matters most for you and your loved ones.

A Website That Didn’t Meet Today’s Standards

The Law Offices of McKelvey Kargo came to True Fit Marketing with a website that no longer reflected who they are as a firm, or how modern clients search for and engage with legal services. The existing site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for mobile users. Broken links, outdated staff information, and discombobulated branding created confusion, while key compliance elements like privacy policies, ADA accessibility, and translation tools were entirely missing.

Additionally, the firm had expanded its physical footprint by opening a new office location, but the website failed to mention or support all of their office locations. The Canonsburg area office, in particular, was absent from the content, limiting local SEO visibility and discoverability. The website also did not reflect the firm’s updated partnership structure or name, creating inconsistencies across branding, domain, and communications.

A Quick But Thorough Website Overhaul

True Fit Marketing took a comprehensive, strategy-first approach, treating this project as more than a redesign, even though time constraints were a challenge. Due to the new office opening at the end of the year, the goal was to have a new website ready to launch in under three months. Under the leadership of Gina C. Lynn, the True Fit Marketing team rebuilt the website from the ground up with a focus on clarity, compliance, usability, and long-term growth.

The True Fit Marketing team began by updating the firm’s name and transitioning to a new domain that properly reflects the McKelvey Kargo partnership. From there, they refreshed every page of content to improve SEO performance, ensure accuracy, and better communicate the firm’s full range of services, several of which were not previously listed.

The visual overhaul was the most immediately noticeable change. The team enhanced the color palette to be more bold and professional, introduced a refreshed logo, and then designed the entire site around that updated brand identity. The result is a modern, confident look that aligns with the firm’s reputation and legal expertise.

Key Website Enhancements

  • Fully mobile-responsive website design
  • Updated branding, logo, and color system
  • SEO-focused content refresh and service expansion
  • Location-based content for both office areas
  • Reorganized blog for improved usability
  • Contact forms, Appointment Scheduler portal, and embedded Google Maps for streamlined client workflow
  • Added privacy policy, terms of service, cookie management, ADA compliance, and translation tools

Professional Result in Limited Time

The new McKelvey Kargo website launched at the end of December after work began in early September of the same year. The result is a professional, compliant, and user-friendly digital presence that better serves both current and prospective clients. Ongoing work is underway to complete email redirection to the new domain, ensuring full continuity across the firm’s communications.

This project is a strong example of how thoughtful design, technical updates, and strategic content can work together to support a firm’s growth now and into the future.
