As the Owner and Chief Business Advocate at True Fit Marketing, she leads a team dedicated to helping businesses craft authentic and effective marketing strategies. Under her leadership, True Fit Marketing has become a trusted and engaged partner for businesses looking to enhance their brand presence with strategic storytelling and customized marketing solutions.

Before founding True Fit Marketing in 2018, Arlea played a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing landscape for local small businesses while she served as the Digital Strategy Director for a local media company. Her expertise in marketing strategy, online advertising, website development, and traditional marketing helped countless businesses harness the power of digital media to grow and thrive. As a leader in the marketing industry, Arlea has also worked as a business consultant for other marketing agencies across the country, helping them to get their marketing agencies up and running.

Arlea’s career is rooted in a deep understanding of business-to-business relationships, public relations, and partnership engagement. With a background that includes roles in corporate education, event marketing, and media production—including experience with ESPN and NBC Sports—she brings a diverse skill set to her work and team.

A proud California University of Pennsylvania alumna, Arlea is proud to call western PA her home. With a philanthropic mindset, she and her husband, Joel, along with their two children, support many different organizations and causes in the Pittsburgh area.
