Julia Smith is the Office Manager for True Fit and acts as a Project Manager for a few partners as well! Julia schedules the True Fit crew with their day to day activities, our partner meetings and on-site visits, as well as, working behind the scenes with current partners, potential partner prospects, general office duties, accounting, etc.

Julia graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry in 2011. Julia has worked as a Chemist for an Environmental Consulting agency and as a Senior Specialist within Quality Compliance at a generic Pharmaceutical company.

Marketing was a different direction career-wise, but her prior work experience, eagerness to learn, super chatty disposition, love for organization, and work ethic has made Julia a key part of the True Fit Marketing team! Julia loves getting to know people, supporting others, and learning how she can help anyone reach their goal!

Julia’s family is everything to her! When away from the office, Julia can be found with her husband (Joshua), daughter (Willow), and their Basset Hound (Brida)! Wherever the Smith family is, music, food, loud conversations, and a bunch of laughs are sure to follow!
