Chemstream was introduced to True Fit Marketing through a local professional connection who understood our ability to build brands with precision and purpose. At the time, Chemstream was growing quickly but lacked the foundational marketing elements to match its momentum. There wasn’t a unified brand identity, marketing collateral was outdated, there was a minimal online presence, and no internal marketing team.

True Fit Marketing started by reimagining Chemstream’s brand identity. Multiple inconsistent logos were consolidated into one modern, unified mark. From there, our creative team built a complete brand guide, ensuring consistency across every visual and written touchpoint. From apparel and business cards to conference swag and internal documents, the updated branding now reflects Chemstream’s technical strength and modern edge.
Next, the True Fit Marketing web team launched a complete redesign of Chemstream’s website. The new website showcases the company’s custom solutions, laboratory capabilities, and market expertise in a format that speaks directly to operations leaders, engineers, and decision-makers. With clarity, ease of use, and strong visuals, the website now communicates Chemstream’s value as a solutions provider, not just a supplier.
Ongoing Strategy and Full-Service Execution
Once the foundation was in place, we transitioned into a full-service marketing partner role, operating as Chemstream’s fractional CMO. We manage every aspect of their marketing such as strategy, content, design, social media, digital ads, video production, and trade show support.
The True Fit Marketing team has even spent time on-site at several Chemstream locations to get a first-person perspective of their day-to-day operations. From meeting boots-on-the-ground team members to connecting with operations managers, this immersive approach helped our team develop authentic content and better understand the complex products and services our team is marketing.
The True Fit Marketing social team continues to learn about Chemstream’s evolving capabilities and service lines, helping build out content that introduces each product and solution in a way that’s clear, informative, and tailored to their audience. Targeted ad campaigns were also launched to grow awareness and position Chemstream’s expertise across the U.S.
