Case Study: FerroWorks

Uniting Legacy Brands Through Modern Strategy and Digital Strength

About the Partner

FerroWorks brings together four legacy American manufacturers: McConway & Torley, Standard Forged Products, McKees Rocks Forgings, and Kutztown Foundry & Machine, each with a rich history and deep industrial roots. As a parent organization, FerroWorks exists to amplify the strengths of its individual brands while building a unified presence for customers, investors, and employees across the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

How True Fit Marketing Supports FerroWorks

FerroWorks was referred to True Fit Marketing by an existing partner who recognized the need for a strategic marketing ally. Initially, the conversation began around a website project. However, as the discovery meetings progressed with FerroWorks’ leadership team, it became clear that a much larger opportunity existed to build a strong marketing foundation across the organization.

True Fit Marketing started by creating a brand guide to define and organize the FerroWorks identity. The FerroWorks parent brand needed to be clearly established so that the four companies beneath it could align with a consistent visual and messaging framework. This foundational work led to a full website redesign for FerroWorks. Another new website was built from the ground up for Kutztown Foundry & Machine, while plans were developed to modernize and restructure the remaining three websites to reflect current capabilities and audiences.

In addition to web design, True Fit Marketing stepped in to provide ongoing digital support across the organization. This includes:

  • Branding and Visual Design: Updated logos and a cohesive visual system across print and digital assets
  • Photography and Videography: Headshots, facility footage, drone videos, and custom visuals used across platforms
  • Marketing Collateral: Business cards, social graphics, and branded content for events and internal communication
  • Social Media Management: Strategy and content creation for the FerroWorks parent brand to share employee highlights, technical capabilities, recruitment efforts, and industry insights

True Fit Marketing’s team also took over website hosting and maintenance to ensure compliance and performance across all properties.

Why the Partnership Works

True Fit Marketing and FerroWorks have developed a strategic, scalable partnership rooted in mutual trust, transparency, and aligned goals. Although the relationship is still growing, the FerroWorks team has demonstrated strong confidence in True Fit Marketing’s recommendations and expertise. They are engaged, communicative, and quick to provide valuable input, which leads to timely, effective collaboration.

By positioning FerroWorks as a forward-facing leader while honoring each company’s individual legacy, True Fit Marketing has created a digital and brand framework that supports business development, recruiting, and customer engagement. FerroWorks has become more than a group of respected manufacturers. It is now a unified, modern industrial brand with momentum and clarity.
